Description : This course demonstrates application of the risk management process as described by AS/NZS4360 and demonstrates how it can be applied to case study scenarios at the strategic and operational level. Qualitative and quantiative tools and techniques of risk analysis are introduced.
  
Objectives : At the end of this course, participants should be able to:
  • Apply the steps of the risk management process to decisions and risk issues relevant to their own organisation and role
  • Understand the terminology of Australian Standard AS/NZS4360 Risk Management and the place of risk management in decision making at all levels.
  • Describe and apply formal tools for risk identification and analysis.
